How many units, and how many sessions do I need?

One session, repeated every 4 to 6 months. Dr. Lydia maps the muscles that carve your lines before injecting a single unit, so one visit softens them and the result peaks at 14 days. Forehead, frown and crow's feet together are our most booked choice: 8 out of 10 patients pick them.

How long does Botox last?

4 to 6 months, with the result peaking at day 14. It then wears off completely, which is the real safety net: you always stay in control of how you look, and most patients simply book their next visit when the first line reappears.

Will I look frozen or fake?

Never, unless you ask for it. Dr. Lydia watches how your face actually moves, frowning, smiling, raising the brows, then doses each muscle individually so the line softens while your expression stays. You still raise your brows and look surprised; you just stop looking tired.

What if I don't like the result?

You will, and if a line is still there at your free two-week review we top you up at no charge. If you preferred more movement, it wears off on its own within months, which is exactly why Botox is the safest first step in aesthetic medicine.

Is there any downtime or bruising?

None. You walk out with tiny bumps that vanish in 20 minutes and go straight back to work, makeup on if you like. Skip intense sport, saunas and lying flat for 4 hours, and do not rub the area that day.
