After experiencing years of cystic acne that led to hyperpigmentation and scarring it felt I had the worse and unacceptable face. I tried many option and treatment but still nothing change until I went to Symphony clinic. They advised me to undergo with Dermapen treatments. And gotcha, breakouts are rarely cystic, in turn leaving no scarring and the hyperpigmentation drastically reduces with each visit. It felt I had no option left but Dermapen has really been the miracle solution! Thanks to MS. JOVIE! I gained my self-esteem and happy with my face!

I was treated by the kind technician Reenu and Vinyu who I can totally recommend as they were both super professional and informative and very very nice at all times ! Visited the Symphony clinic yesterday for Hydrafacial and discovered their various offers available from Laser Hair Removal and Hydra Facial to Cool Sculpting for fat removal where you can get free sessions when buying multiple sessions. The Clinic is nice and pleasant with refreshments and a high level of cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and helpful and assisted me in rebooking my treatment. My Hydrafacial was a relaxing and rejuvenation experience perfect for after-work enjoyment. The machines are premium and the products offered as well. Thank you Symphony team for the great experience.

How much is microneedling in Dubai?

Where is your Microneedling clinic in Dubai?

Symphony Clinic is in Business Bay, at 908 Regal Tower (9th floor) on Al Mustaqbal Street, with free parking inside the building. Business Bay metro station is a few minutes away, and we are minutes from Downtown Dubai, DIFC and Sheikh Zayed Road. Open every day, 9am to 10pm.

How many sessions do I need?

A dull texture answers in 1 to 2 sessions; deep pitted acne scars take a course of 3 to 6, four weeks apart. Dr. Lydia tells you how many your skin actually needs before you commit to anything.

Does it really work on acne scars?

Yes, extremely well. Breaking the scar tissue and triggering the repair underneath is what lets the skin rebuild level with itself rather than simply covering the mark, and every session compounds the last.

Is there downtime?

Little to none: a light flush for 24 to 48 hours, like a day in the sun. We use the DermaPen, safe precision needling on any skin type, so most patients are back to their day the same afternoon.

Does it hurt?

Most patients describe a light sandpaper feeling rather than pain. A numbing layer goes on before the pass and the needles are extremely fine.

When do I see results, and how long do they last?

Glow within a week, texture within a month, and collagen keeps building for 3 months after each session. The result of a course is yours to keep, with a maintenance session once or twice a year.

What should I do before and after?

Come with a clean face and no active sunburn. After: no makeup for 24 hours, no sun, sauna or intense sport for 48 hours, and sunscreen every morning. That is all.

Can I have microneedling if I'm pregnant?

No, and that is non-negotiable for us: microneedling is never done during pregnancy or breastfeeding, whatever another clinic may tell you. You need to be 18 or over, and if you take blood thinners or have a medical condition, tell Dr. Lydia at the free consultation so she plans around it.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, in 0% instalments with Tabby or Tamara, or by card or cash. The price you see on this page is the price you pay: no hidden fees, no surprise at the desk, no upsell once you are on the bed.

Who performs it?

Dr. Lydia, a UK-trained dermatologist, DHA and Ministry of Health certified, personally assesses you and performs every injectable herself. Never a trainee, never a beautician: the difference between a result that looks like you and one that everyone notices.
