Visited the Symphony clinic yesterday for Hydrafacial and discovered their various offers available from Laser Hair Removal and Hydra Facial to Cool Sculpting for fat removal where you can get free sessions when buying multiple sessions. The Clinic is nice and pleasant with refreshments and a high level of cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and helpful and assisted me in rebooking my treatment. My Hydrafacial was a relaxing and rejuvenation experience perfect for after-work enjoyment. The machines are premium and the products offered as well. Where is your Face Fillers clinic in Dubai?

Symphony Clinic is in Business Bay, at 908 Regal Tower (9th floor) on Al Mustaqbal Street, with free parking inside the building. Business Bay metro station is a few minutes away, and we are minutes from Downtown Dubai, DIFC and Sheikh Zayed Road. Open every day, 9am to 10pm.

How many ml of face filler do I need?

Cheeks usually take 1 to 2 ml per side, a chin far less, and the free consultation settles it. Dr. Lydia works to balance the face, never to a number of millilitres, which is why our results read as your own bone structure.

Which areas do you treat, and which do you refuse?

Cheeks for lift, jawline for a sharper V-shape, chin for profile balance. We do not do nose fillers: the vessels there sit too close to the eye, and we consider it unsafe. A clinic that says yes to everything is not protecting you.

Which filler brands do you use?

Only premium FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers, several brands for different depths and goals, chosen by Dr. Lydia for your face at the free consultation. The brand and batch go on your chart, so you always know what is in your skin.

Will it look obvious?

No: the result stays readable as your own bone structure. The gel is layered in thin passes through a blunt cannula rather than deposited in one go, so cheeks lift without the pillow look and the jawline sharpens without a shelf.

What if I don't like the result?

Then it is fixed, free. You come back for a free review at two weeks, any asymmetry is corrected at no charge, and if you truly are not happy we dissolve it free. Hyaluronic acid is fully reversible; that is why we use nothing else.

Is there swelling or bruising, and when can I go back to work?

You go back to work the same day. Expect mild swelling for 2 to 3 days and the occasional small bruise that makeup covers; the final, settled shape shows at two weeks. The cannula technique bruises far less than needles.

How long does face filler last?

12 to 18 months, and the result is visible immediately. The deeper structural areas such as the chin and jawline often hold even longer.

Does face filler hurt?

Very little. Strong numbing cream goes on first, the filler contains lidocaine, and the cannula enters through a single tiny point per area rather than dozens of needle pricks. Most patients describe pressure, not pain.

What should I do before and after?

Before: avoid alcohol, aspirin and fish oil for 24 hours and come with a clean face. After: no makeup on the points for 12 hours, no intense sport, heat or facial massage for 48 hours. Everything else stays normal.

Can I have face filler if I'm pregnant, or under 18?

No, and that is non-negotiable for us: face filler is never done during pregnancy or breastfeeding, whatever another clinic may tell you. You need to be 18 or over, and if you take blood thinners or have a medical condition, tell Dr. Lydia at the free consultation so she plans around it.

Can I pay in instalments?
